Artificial Intelligence (AI) has proved to be a disruptive technology in several industries and academic research. With the availability and recognized importance of big data, the predictive powers of AI can be used for control optimization, systems design, anomaly prevention, and analytical mapping of complex systems.

This webinar will highlight some of the recent developments of AI frameworks that can be integrated into waste management infrastructure and planning. As a special use case, we will discuss some recent developments in the use of AI in discoveries and enhancements to the enzymatic decomposition of plastic waste.
